USEFP (United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan) has announced the Undergraduate Semester Exchange Program for Pakistan 2018.
This program provides an opportunity to Pakistani students to study in the United States for one semester (non-degree) to understand the culture and boost their educational experience.

Deadline: October 12,2017.

Who can Apply for USEFP?

This is a national program. However, women, people with disabilities, and individuals from FATA. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, Northern Sindh and Southern Punjab are highly encouraged to apply.People from all provinces of Pakistan including FATA and AJK. Women's and people with disabilities can also apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Pakistani
• Age: 25 years or younger
• Stats: Currently enrolled in College/University
• Year of education: 14th or 15th year

Ineligibility

• Dual Nationality US and Pakistan
• Those who have a parent spouse or fiance who is a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident
• Employees of the Fulbright organization, the U.S. Department of State, or USAID and their spouses, children, fiances, siblings, dependents, and parents
• Students in their final year of university

• 14 Years of Education or equivalent with minimum 2nd division
• University entrance test is mandatory for admission in TICS & MBA

Eligibility Criteria for BS Computer Science

• F.Sc or equivalent ( Pre-engineering, Pre-medical), Intermediate in General Science, Computer Science, Commerce or three-year diploma in Associate Engineering DAE in (electronics /Computer/ IT), with at least 2nd division.
• Entry Test: University entrance test is mandatory for admission in BS Computer Science.

Eligibility Criteria for Business Administration (BBA 4-Years)

•  HSSC or equivalent with 45% marks from any recognized Institution.
• Qualifying the admission test and interview is mandatory for admission in BBA.

The application must be submitted on the prescribed form with required testimonials. The prospectus & application form can be obtained from branches of Habib Bank & Allied Bank Limited in Azad Jammu & Kashmir against payment of Rs.1200/- on University challan. Complete applications should reach the Directorate of Students Affairs WUAJ&K, Bagh, not later than 20.10.2017. What is UGAT?

UGAT is University Graduate Assessment test for MS admission.

Parts of UGAT

• Verbal Reasoning
• Quantitative Reasoning

Verbal Reasoning (20 marks)

Verbal reasoning includes mainly English questions i.e Synonyms, antonyms, Grammer, sentence completion, tenses, pair relationship etc.

Example of Verbal Reasoning:
